Sorry for this being late since you see i had to do school related stuff, anyways, now you can download the special mew event in HeartGold & Soul Silver!

Sadly you CANNOT download it in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum.

This event will be available October 15 Until October 30, one day before Holloween 

You must have 3 or less wondercards in order to obtain this. Wifi and must have acquired the PokeDex. You must have your own copy of HeartGold and/or SoulSilver.

 If you have all that then here is how you download the mew!

- Turn on the game and go to the menu and select Mystery Gift.

- Then you select "Receive Gift" and then select "Get Vis Nintendo Wifi" Then choose Yes.

    Then you recieved the mew, but it's not over yet! Make sure atleast one spot open in your party then go to any PokeMart and talk to the green dude standing at the counter. 

He will hand you the mew then....

CONGRATULATIONS! 

You just got your mew, this mew is inside a Cherish Ball and has a Premier Ribbon. It comes at level 5 and only has Pound as his moveset.

Don't forget to save your game.

If you want a mew with specific natures or Ivs, then save before you go to the PokeMart and talk to the man, if you don't want that nature then soft reset it by pressing, L + R + Start + Select together.
